Important Information
Please read these Terms before purchasing or using the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded in your country.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Benzoo IPTV, referred to in these Terms as “Benzoo IPTV”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
By visiting our website, requesting a trial, placing an order, purchasing credits, activating a subscription or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our related policies.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase or use the service.
2 Eligibility and Customer Information
You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the legal age required to enter into a contract in your country, to place an order.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when contacting us or purchasing a service. This may include your name, contact details, selected plan, device type and payment confirmation.
You are responsible for verifying that purchasing and using the service is permitted under the laws and regulations that apply in your location.
3 Service Description
Benzoo IPTV provides subscription credentials and customer assistance for accessing available streaming services through compatible internet-connected devices and applications.
Advertised packages may include live television channels, sports, movies, series, electronic programme information and other features. The exact catalogue can change because sources, regional availability and third-party systems can change.
References to HD, Full HD or 4K describe the intended or available source quality. They do not guarantee that every channel or title is available in the same resolution.
Compatibility
You normally need a supported device, a compatible application and a stable internet connection. Application licences or activation fees charged by third-party application developers are not included unless expressly stated.
4 Orders and Activation
An order is not considered accepted until the applicable payment has been confirmed and we have sent or activated the subscription details.
We may request additional information to confirm the selected plan, device count, payment or customer identity before activation.
Activation times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays can occur because of payment confirmation, request volume, incomplete information, maintenance or technical checks.
You must review the details of your order before payment. Contact support promptly if you believe the wrong plan, duration or device option has been activated.
5 Accounts, Credentials and Device Connections
Subscription credentials are supplied for the number of simultaneous connections included in the selected plan.
- A standard one-device plan permits a maximum of one simultaneous connection.
- A two-device plan permits the number of simultaneous connections expressly included in that order.
- Installing the account on several devices does not increase the number of permitted simultaneous streams.
- Excessive or unauthorized simultaneous use may interrupt playback or result in a temporary account restriction.
You are responsible for protecting usernames, passwords, portal addresses and playlist details. Do not publish or share them in public groups, websites, forums or social-media comments.
Contact us promptly if you believe your account details have been accessed or distributed without permission.
6 Acceptable Use
Unless a separate reseller agreement expressly applies, subscriptions are supplied for personal, private and non-commercial use.
You must not:
- Resell, redistribute, rebroadcast or commercially exploit a personal subscription.
- Extract, copy, scrape, record or distribute protected stream addresses, credentials or technical data.
- Circumvent connection limits, authentication controls, geographic restrictions or security measures.
- Use bots, scripts, automated tools or excessive requests that interfere with service operation.
- Attempt to access another customer’s account, reseller panel or confidential information.
- Use the service for fraud, harassment, malware, unauthorized distribution or any unlawful activity.
- Misrepresent yourself as Benzoo IPTV, an employee or an authorized representative.
Authorized resellers are also subject to any reseller-specific conditions communicated during panel activation.
7 Pricing, Payments and Renewal
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the relevant pricing or reseller page. Payment availability may differ according to country, order value and payment provider.
Available methods can include card payments, PayPal, USDT, Binance Pay or other supported options. A payment method displayed on the website may not be available for every order.
- Subscriptions are not automatically renewed unless you are clearly informed otherwise before purchasing.
- Manual renewal must normally be requested before or after the existing subscription expires.
- Payment-processing fees, currency-conversion charges or network fees may be charged by external providers.
- You are responsible for entering the correct payment reference, network and wallet address when using cryptocurrency.
We may correct obvious pricing or typographical errors before activation. If an incorrect price has already been paid, we will contact you to offer correction or cancellation.
8 Refunds, Cancellation and Trials
8.1 Free Trials
Trial availability, duration and content can vary. We may limit or refuse repeated trial requests associated with the same person, household, device, internet connection or contact details.
8.2 Seven-Day Service Guarantee
Subject to the conditions below, you may request assistance or a refund within seven calendar days after the first activation of a new paid subscription when a substantial service problem prevents normal use and our support team cannot provide a reasonable solution.
To request review under this policy, contact support within the seven-day period and provide the information reasonably required to investigate the problem, such as your device, application, internet connection and a description or screenshot of the error.
8.3 Situations That May Not Qualify
A discretionary refund may be refused where the problem results primarily from:
- An unsupported or incorrectly configured device or application.
- Insufficient, unstable or restricted internet access.
- ISP restrictions, local network configuration or regional blocking outside our reasonable control.
- Failure to follow reasonable troubleshooting instructions.
- A change of mind after substantial service use.
- Sharing, reselling, simultaneous overuse or another breach of these Terms.
- Cryptocurrency sent using an incorrect network, wallet or amount.
- A third-party application fee or licence purchased separately from another provider.
8.4 Mandatory Legal Rights
This commercial seven-day policy does not remove any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity or refund right that applies to you under consumer law.
Where the law requires express consent before immediate supply of digital content or services during a withdrawal period, activation may be conditional on that consent and any legally required acknowledgment.
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing time can depend on the payment provider.
9 Service Availability and Content Changes
Streaming services depend on internet routing, servers, sources, third-party systems, devices and customer networks. Continuous or completely error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security work, source changes, high traffic, technical faults, supplier changes or events outside our reasonable control.
- Individual channels, categories, programme guides and VOD titles may be added, renamed, replaced, moved or removed.
- Logos, language labels, programme information and channel quality may change.
- Sports events and programmes remain subject to broadcaster schedules and source availability.
- A specific channel or title should be confirmed before purchase if it is essential to your decision.
Advertised catalogue totals are approximate and can change as duplicate, regional, backup or temporary sources are updated.
10 Internet, Devices and Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the internet connection, router, device, operating system and compatible application required to use the service.
Recommended internet speed depends on source quality, household usage, Wi-Fi conditions and device performance. As a general guide, HD streaming often requires a stable connection of approximately 10 Mbps, while higher-quality streams may require 25 Mbps or more.
These figures are recommendations and not guarantees. A speed-test result alone does not confirm stable routing to every source.
For troubleshooting, you may be asked to:
- Restart the device, application and router.
- Test a wired Ethernet or strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi connection.
- Clear the application cache or update the application.
- Test another compatible application or network.
- Provide an error message or screenshot without exposing your password publicly.
11 Third-Party Applications and Services
The service may be used with applications, devices, payment processors, internet providers and platforms operated by third parties.
Unless expressly stated, Benzoo IPTV does not own, control or operate those third-party products. Their availability, prices, licences, privacy practices and terms are controlled by their respective providers.
References to device makers, broadcasters, applications, channels or streaming brands are descriptive. All related trademarks belong to their respective owners, and no sponsorship or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated.
We are not responsible for a third-party application being removed from an app store, changing its features, charging an activation fee or ceasing to support a device.
12 Suspension and Termination
We may temporarily restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers or systems, including where we detect:
- Unauthorized account sharing or excessive simultaneous use.
- Restreaming, redistribution or commercial exploitation.
- Fraudulent, reversed or disputed payments.
- Attempts to bypass technical or security controls.
- Abuse, threats or harassment directed at staff or other users.
- Illegal use or another material breach of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we may ask you to correct the issue before restoring access. Serious misuse can result in termination without a discretionary refund, subject always to mandatory legal rights.
13 Website and Intellectual Property
The Benzoo IPTV website design, original text, branding, graphics, code and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, imitate, sell or commercially exploit our original website materials without written permission.
Third-party names, programme titles, logos, trademarks and media references remain the property of their respective owners.
14 Service Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and service are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted at all times.
- Every channel or title will always remain available.
- Every source will be available in 4K, Full HD or a specific language.
- The service will work with every application, device, ISP or network.
- Programme guides, titles, descriptions or schedules will always be complete or error-free.
Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15 Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Subject to the previous sentence, Benzoo IPTV will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was formed, or for losses caused mainly by:
- Your internet provider, router, local network or device.
- A third-party application, payment provider or platform.
- Failure to protect account credentials.
- Unlawful or unauthorized use of the service.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
Where legally permitted, our total liability connected with a specific paid subscription will not exceed the amount you paid directly to us for that affected subscription.
16 Mandatory Consumer Rights
Customers may have statutory rights that differ according to their country, including rights relating to pre-contract information, digital-service conformity, cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
These Terms are intended to operate alongside those rights. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal right that applies to you, the mandatory legal right will take priority to the extent of that conflict.
Contact us if you wish to exercise a statutory consumer right. We may request reasonable information to identify the order and assess the request.
17 Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, payment options, security requirements, business practices or applicable law.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated where required by law.
Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen under mandatory consumer law.
18 General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, order details and any reseller-specific agreement, form the agreement governing your use of the relevant service.
Severability
If a provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. The affected provision will be interpreted or adjusted only as far as necessary.
No Waiver
A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not transfer your subscription or contractual rights to another person without our agreement. We may transfer business rights and obligations where permitted by law and without reducing mandatory customer protections.
Electronic Communication
You agree that order confirmations, activation details, support messages and policy notices may be sent electronically through WhatsApp, Telegram, email or the website.
19 Contact Us
